Gelato Cart Catering Information

The overall cost of our all-inclusive catering packages will vary based on the address of the serving location and expected guest count. This is calculated as a combination of product, labor, and travel (based on the address of the venue from our location in Rhinelander). Below are 2025 estimates (not including sales tax) for weddings/events with approximately 200 servings in these general locations:

*Rhinelander/Northwoods area ($750-$900)
*Northern WI/UP area ($1000-$1200)
*Merrill/Wausau/Stevens Point area ($1000-$1200)
*Appleton/Green Bay/Door County area ($1250-$1350)
*Eau Claire area ($1250-$1400)
*Madison/Wisconsin Dells area ($1250-$1350)
*Greater Milwaukee area ($1400-$1500)

Please note that our service area is not limited to these areas, and all estimates are subject to change.

Standard Full-Service package includes: Gelato Cart Rental with personalized signage (indoor or outdoor set up with access to standard 110v electric outlet needed), six fresh-made flavors of your choice (5L pans each*), service items (cups, spoons, napkins, etc.), server for up to 2 hours, set-up & clean-up, all leftovers will be packed up and left behind for you (freezer space required).

*Six 5L pans will provide approximately 180-210 4oz. servings. Extra 5L pans may be added to accommodate any event size and will provide an additional 30-35 4oz. servings each.

Small-Group Full-Service packages are also available for smaller events with approximately 100 servings. The estimated cost will be reduced by $100 - $150 and include 1 hour of serving time.

Self-Service options without a cart are also available. We can provide Individual flavor pans in two different sizes that you serve to your guests: 5L ($70 for approximately 30-35 4oz. servings) & 2.5L ($40 for approximately 15 4oz. servings).
