FAQ:
How big is the box? I need to find room in my freezer!
Great question! The box is 14" x 11" x 3" but there's no special design or unique way of opening it. It's a simple (but handsome) cardboard box containing 12 half-pints of delicious Gelato, along with a flavor key & ingredient list. Each half-pint measures approximately 3" x 3.5" and we expect many recipients will remove them all to be stored individually wherever they fit.

How much in advance should I order before my pickup date?
At least 24 hours please. But this also depends on your pickup date and the location. In Rhinelander, where our production facility is located, we expect to have these boxes available regularly. In Wausau & Oshkosh, where there are only specific dates available for pickup, we would appreciate as much notice as possible - both for our production team and for transportation/storage logistics. 

Do you have any advice on how to eat it?
Gelato is meant to be served at a warmer temperature than regular ice cream. We recommend letting each container thaw for a bit before enjoying it. This will allow it to become very creamy and smooth, which is the signature consistency of Gelato that everyone knows and loves.

When can I start eating my delicious Gelato?
If you expect to use this to "Countdown to Christmas" then your first container will be opened on December 14 and the last will be opened on December 25. If you're a rule-breaker, then go for it all right away!

Can I count down to something else?
Yes! There are many different occasions to enjoy our delicious Gelato during the Holiday season.  This is a fun way to celebrate anything you'd like to, or just count down the hours in a day - hey, we won't judge! 

Can I use this all at once for an office party, family gathering, or just a treat with eleven of my friends who all love to wear ugly sweaters?
Yes! In fact, this idea partially came from many requests we've had to create a sample pack or flavor assortment that could be used at company parties.
