Cashews Roasted & Salted

Known to the nut eating world since the 16 th century, the earliest reports came from observers from France, Portugal and the Netherlands whilst in Brazil. The cashew was taken to India by the Portuguese, they thought the tropical conditions would be just right and so became India as the largest cashew producer in the world.
