Quarantine Care Package

Each package contains 9 pint containers of our comforting sweets to get you through an extended stay at home (or just through the night - we won't judge). Simply choose your flavors (6 Gelato, 2 Candy, and 1 Chocolate) and whether you'll need 'No-Contact Curbside Pick-Up' or 'No-Contact Complimentary Delivery'. Substitutions may be available - please ask. Hey, this is new for us too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

HOW TO ORDER: Please order before 3pm to ensure same day availability. You may call us at 715-369-3451, email us at funfactorysweets@gmail.com, or use our website. For website orders, please 'Add a note to your order' at checkout with your flavor selections and how you prefer to receive it. We will respond to all orders by phone to confirm details and arrange Pick-Up or Delivery. Please be patient with us if you don't immediately receive a call or message.

Curbside Pick-Up: Available Monday-Saturday, with limited Sunday availability. When you arrive, please call/text us. We will either place the package outside so you may retrieve it, or we will place it in your vehicle's trunk area if the rear door/hatch is open (you must close on your own). We will always keep a minimum distance of six feet away from anyone.

Complimentary Delivery: Available Thursday-Saturday, to the immediate Rhinelander area & surrounding townships. Unless a special request is made, deliveries will usually take place in the late afternoon or early evening. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific city or location - we're very flexible and will do our best to accommodate! We will reach out to arrange an exact drop-off location (porch, door step, sidewalk, etc.) but we will not open any doors or enter any building area. We will always keep a minimum distance of six feet away from anyone. 

Payment: Full payment must be made in advance. If cash is the only option for you please call us, we'll work something out. Tipping your driver is okay! You may add a tip when ordering online here or you may add a tip when ordering by phone. A cash tip may be placed inside an envelope, small bag, etc. for the driver to safely pick up and place into a box that the driver will carry, or you may drop it directly into the box.
