Create your own Cookie Monsters with our Gelato Cookie Sandwich Kits!

Each package contains 3 pints of our Fresh-Made Authentic Gelato (Italian Ice Cream) plus one pound of take-and-bake cookies from Butcher Shop Bake Company.

You’ll get 3 Gelato flavors (Pumpkin Spice, Sea Salt Caramel, Vanilla Bean) & 3 cookie flavors (White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice, Caramel, Chocolate Chip) to mix & match and create your favorite combinations at home.

HOW TO GET ONE: Order in advance or Grab-n-Go at our store location in Downtown Rhinelander. Curbside pickup is also available by calling us at 715-369-3451 to arrange. This item is not available for shipping.

HOW TO BAKE YOUR COOKIES:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Place cookie dough evenly spaced on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. For smaller cookies simply break dough apart into smaller pieces.
3. Bake for approximately 10-14 minutes based on desired doneness (oven times will vary)
4. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 30 minutes.
5. For best results, allow Gelato to thaw slightly before adding to the cookies.
6. Enjoy!
